At DEZI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange has been processed.
